The Pilates Studio has been open since January 1999. We are a fully equipped studio with 5 reformers, 1 Cadillac, 3 chairs, Ladder Barrel, spine correctors, magic circles, big balls, little balls, and foam rollers.
The Pilates Studio offers a calm, comfortable and inviting atmosphere where you get more than just a workout. With limited class sizes, no more than five people, we get to know you and your unique needs. You will also get to know others in your class providing instant workout buddies offering support and encouragement. We want you to succeed and we care if you are not there.
Located in the beautiful setting of the Courtyard at Bocage, you’ll be greeted with fountains, plants, skylights, and music. The Studio has plenty of windows and light yet being upstairs it maintains a private feel.
It is conveniently located in the center of town near lots of shopping including Calvin’s groceries, Whole Foods, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, hair and nail salons.
We are serious about Pilates, but we like to have fun too! We focus on being positive about health, uplifting the spirit through laugher and love of life!
